Employee Assessment

An employee assessment is our first contact with one of your employees. As a part of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) we want to make sure the service that has been recommended is the correct one for your employee.

During this call we will discuss your employee’s needs and if they wish to go ahead with the program, we will gather the relevant information.

This includes:

  • Health Pre-Screen
  • Any additional needs
  • GP and Emergency Contact

And a chance for your employee to ask any questions about their referral. This appointment is mandatory for all of our referrals as it allows us to assess the needs of the employee and help with any safeguarding required.
